Robert was easy going and never made me feel pressured or on the spot. Unlike other places I was never asked to buy something bigger. He took the time to answer all of my questions and followed up after the sale to ensure that all of my additional needs were addressed. Matt in finance made the paperwork process quick and easy to understand, walking me through every step with clarity. Joel, the manager, was kind and thoughtful, and he also followed up after the sale to make sure my expectations were met. What stood out the most was that I arrived to start the purchase after the dealership had technically closed, yet all three—Gabe, Matt, and Joel—stayed late without ever seeming rushed or bothered. They maintained a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the entire process, making it a truly stress-free and enjoyable experience. Best service experience EVER! I brought my Hyundai Palisade in for a yearly service yesterday, and let me say that it was the very best service experience I have had in my life. They were ready for me (i had appointment), and had the service done in less than 1 hour! Everyone was super courteous and kind, professional. The dealership and service department were very clean. The waiting area was nice (I was able to get some reading in). Overall, this was my first experience at this dealer but it was awesome. Thank you!

Being a prior Mercedes owner, I was ready for a new SUV and was interested in Genesis. Eastern Shore Hyundai was the local dealer. I stopped by unannounced and was helped quickly and introduced to the salesperson, Joe Wooten. I left with his cell to contact and schedule a test drive. I was able the following week to meet and test out three different SUVs. I felt no pressure but received complete patience with my many questions. After much discussion, I changed my preference from a used to a new GV70. The level of service I received surpassed any I have ever had anywhere else. This was my 4th car purchase and must share I am an extremely detailed person and value a good vehicle. From the reception to service personnel to my loan officer, Matt, I got top service. Derek, a Genesis manager even made a point to introduce himself separately. I was honestly blown away at the experience. Genesis really wants to compete with all other luxury markets and this is reflected well at Eastern Shore Hyundai. There is even a concierge wait room for Genesis owners. I highly recommend this particular dealership if you want top service and feel taken care of.
