Plus she was just a precious sweet young lady that I very much enjoyed meeting! The finance manager Matt was also knowledgeable and efficient, polite and super friendly. We had a great time talking about common interests while going through the paperwork and I have to add that he too was someone I was really just plain happy to meet! They both made the process very enjoyable. I hope when I come back to trade I get to deal with these two again!

I can’t thank Cindy enough for her dedication and customer service! She is very thorough and took the time to go back through my history and discovered there were some pretty pricey recommendations that had already been done. It did take over 5 hours to get everything done but I was a walk in and knew the wait would be lengthy. I needed 3 tires and learned that a special for the 4th tire for $1 begins on 10/1. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait 5 days to have my tires replaced due to travel plans. It would have been nice if they could have extended that promo since I’ve been a 15 year customer and my family has bought about 12 cars through them. That being said, I will continue to have my car serviced at Eastern Shore Hyundai and always ask for Cindy. She is a jewel and needs to be recognized by management as an exemplary face of Eastern Shore Service Department. Thanks again Cindy!!!
