What a nightmare! On August 30th, 2025 I traveled from 3 states away to purchase from this dealership because they made me an outstanding deal over the phone. Unfortunately their finance department has ruined the whole experience. 3 months later.....my new Palisade SEL Premium still is not registered. Their finance department really ruined what was a near perfect purchase. I've been told 1. the notary quit, 2. the notary only comes in once a week, 3. the finance manager didn't fill the paperwork out correctly, 4. the title was stamped with two different companies.... on and on and on. I've been riding around with an expired temp tag for 2 1/2 months, which they refuse to issue a new one, even though they are the ones dropping the ball over and over. They also deducted more for my trade payoff than what they sent to my lender and only reimbursed me about half the amount. I expect once they FINALLY get their crap together with my title I'll be looking at fines and interest on my taxes!! NEVER AGAIN! The only one there that has been a pleasure to work with is Brandon, my sales associate. He even tried to advocate for me with the finance department but there's only so much he can do. Hope to get my new Palisade registered by Christmas at this point. So gross.

Taylor was very informative and helpful to us in our buying process. Brandon was also attentive in helping everything to go smoothly. The time getting to the finance officer was less than expected and being chauffeured to and from that office was a positive addition to the process. Arguably the worst service place in the county. I called Toyota about a service, and they promptly helped me. Here? NAH! I've called their service department hundreds of times, and they've redirected me to their manager, and the manager didn't answer either. I've already left AT LEAST 5 messages for the advisor Jesse, and no call, no text, no nothing, 0 updates about my car, I need the xxxx car, and they were really, really quick to charge me $185 for the inspection but take a xxxx century to actually tell you what's wrong with it. I've gone here for years now, and I am profusely disappointed with their behavior and with their low performance when it comes to service.

My wife and I purchased a 2025 Palisade in mid July 2025. The Sales person at ESH did all he could to accommodate our interest & we were pleased with his efforts. Although, his Manager, in our opinion, failed to represent the actual price of the vehicle, which was considerably over the sticker price. We believe Eastern Shore Hyundai was very deceptive in the pricing of their vehicle stating we were getting a fairly priced vehicle. The day after our purchase we checked with Palmer Hyundai, a few miles away, & found the exact same vehicle several thousand dollars less. when we contacted the Sales Manager at ESH he seemed to have no interest in our complaint. If the location of Eastern Shore Hyundai is good for you take the extra time to shop at other dealers. You will be happy you did. We were at the dealer 5 hours in one day to make this purchase ...........and as a result we made a bad decision as the heat exhausted us and ESH did a good job wearing us out as I believe this was their strategy to keep us on their lot. The service department is useless and won’t call you back and will keep pushing your call to someone else’s message machine. Do not buy a car from them. They lie about issues and how willing they are to help you resolve the problem.

Finance changed our sales agreement and charged us $10,000 more than we agreed to. We’ve been had. Worst experience buying ANYTHING. Never been lied to like that!

Best customer service I’ve had at any dealership. Justin, Cameron, and Matt took care of me and made the whole experience that much easier

Excellent experience purchasing the vehicle we wanted. Fischer was our salesperson. Very dedicated. Be prepared to spend most of your day but our salesman Fisher and the Finance Officer made it a pleasant experience. When we need another vehicle we will return. A relative and neighbor friend recommended Eastern Shore to us. Good recommendation
