It took quite a while to get the oil changed, 3 hours and 45 minutes. The inventory said the correct oil filter was in stock, but it wasn't. We were treated appropriately, however.

This was the first pleasant experience I've ever had when purchasing a new car at a dealership. I purchased a 2024 Tucson in March of 2025 so the manager was eager to deal and there wasn't any of the annoying back and forth to "Check with the manager" when working with my sales rep. The detail they performed on my new car wasn't worth paying for so gladly it was free. The bug on the front grill looks fairly baked on. Hopefully it will come off... Overall, a positive experience.

Justin was great to work with. He was very upfront about what he could and could not do. There's a reason he is top of sales. He is VERY good at his job and knows how to listen to a customer and their needs. The only issue we had was with finance. This has nothing to do with the sales side which is why I am giving 5 stars as Justin should not be hurt for finance's fault. For the amount of sales you are producing, you need to have more than one finance guy working at a time. ...
Salesperson, Robert, took time to indulge all of my questions and requests (I was a handful). Team was was very personable and friendly, which is very important to me. I do not like car shopping in general and they worked hard to make the experience as comfortable as possible. The finance manager was really great to work with as well. I took my Hyundai Tucson in to Eastern Shore Hyundai for its first annual checkup. Employees were courteous and answered any questions I had. I purchased the car there last year. The waiting area has everything you need, comfortable chairs, TV, beverages. The restrooms were easily accessible. It was a great experience.
