The financing part took a little while but it was only because there were so many customers purchasing cars this day, which is a good thing. Their check clearing system is horrible. I gave them a perfectly good check, my bank had zero problems, but their system rejected it so I had to go back to the dealer with a different check.

We bought a car from here today and let me just say, I was super impressed! Our salesman, Gabe, went above and beyond to get us into the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Through the entire process he was amazing, kind and very thoughtful. Our finance guy, Matt, was amazing as well, getting us a great deal with the payment end and even giving us help with it in the future. This was the first pleasant experience I've ever had when purchasing a new car at a dealership. I purchased a 2024 Tucson in March of 2025 so the manager was eager to deal and there wasn't any of the annoying back and forth to "Check with the manager" when working with my sales rep. The detail they performed on my new car wasn't worth paying for so gladly it was free. The bug on the front grill looks fairly baked on. Hopefully it will come off... Overall, a positive experience.
