As much as I’d love to give 5 stars, the Auto Butler product application was not applied with any type of pride nor care. After I got home I could see the poor, non professional application of what ever the product used. I was told the process would take a minimum of 2, but no more than 3 hours. My car was ready right at an hour after my appointment. Really? We will see what happens at the next scheduled product application in 6 months in the April time line.
Very relaxed buying experience. Sales team was friendly and provided a wealth of information that helped us with our vehicle choice.

She is very thorough and took the time to go back through my history and discovered there were some pretty pricey recommendations that had already been done. It did take over 5 hours to get everything done but I was a walk in and knew the wait would be lengthy. I needed 3 tires and learned that a special for the 4th tire for $1 begins on 10/1. Service adviser (Ms. Darby) was excellent. Replaced the wrong part the first visit, fixed the problem the second visit. The lady that checked me out on the second visit made me fill like I was an inconvenience, and made me feel like she really did not want to be working there.
Can not say enough things about Noah and Robert at Eastern Shore Hyundai! They were both so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the full process. It took me weeks to finally make the decision to move forward with the purchase but they were patient and worked at our pace. Excellent experience!

Everyone was wonderful. We had a mechanical problem on our way home from Destin and happened to be close. The mechanic tried to help us solve the problem over the phone but the problem still remained. We drove over and they were able to work us in and fix problem. We were back on the road home to Memphis quickly. Thanks to the team. You were awesome.

I have been happy on the past but not so much this time. The wait was unnecessarily delayed. Also I had car butler done. The outside was nice. I'm not sure if car butler is supposed to include the inside but I thought it did. I had to clean the inside when I got home.
