I am impressed at the time and service that I received. I have a Hyundai dealership that is closer to where I live, however this experience was worth the drive and extra time it took to get there. Service was prompt and problem is fixed.

The parts department is hands down the best parts dept I’ve ever had to deal with. Mike the manager is super knowledgeable and his customer service is the best I’ve experienced at a dealership. I’m 50 so I’ve had some experience.
The ability to look at different brands while staying in one dealership was phenomenal. Shetara was great, would 100% recommend using her for your vehicle purchase. We will consider making the 3 hour drive again the next time we are in the market for new vehicles.

I just purchased a brand new 2025 Hyundai Palisade and I absolutely love it! Lauren Wilkins was my sales person and she went above and beyond to get the vehicle that I wanted in less than 24 hours she was amazing! Lauren spent a lot of time with me showing me the new features of the vehicle and how to operate the displays, she made sure all of my questions were answered. She was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Lauren for your sales experience.

Salesman Fischer was eager to help, was available and very pleasant as we're all other people we encountered with the 1 exception of the lady at the service desk who was rude, short, not eager to help at all. She appeared to be very unhappy with her job. A man from the service department however did go out of his way to help me by going outside to a car and explained how to install a plate on the front bumper.

Noah, our salesman was great and Joel Binder has always assisted us throughout and after our deals. The staff from the greeters to finance are outstanding. If not, I would have utilized other dealership options, but Eastern Shore Hyundai continues our family choice.
While in Gulf Shores my engine light came on, and I had my car towed to the nearest dealer which was Eastern Shore Hyundai in Daphne, Alabama. It was close to closing time when we got there, but Sam Oldham, the service manager, went out of his way to help me get my issue, taken care of. He ran a diagnosis and discovered the problem, giving me a couple of options. They could order the parts and probably have it ready before I left Alabama or he considered it very safe to drive with no damage to the car and ...
I had warranty work done on my Genesis. It turned out to be much more extensive than expected so they gave me a vehicle to drive until done and they did an excellent job. Everyone in the shop and at the cashier's dest were great to deal with
The most polite salesman of age 21, was astoundingly versed on the knowledge of the 2025 Hyundai Tuscon that we were looking for. In today’s society you don’t have young men of his caliber.
